Mark Hayes, CEO  and founder of Complex Risk Solutions,  has over two decades of distinguished leadership in the financial services sector, with deep expertise spanning banking, asset management, and regulatory compliance. With a career anchored in financial licensees in the UK, US, and predominantly Australian-regulated environments, Mark Hayes has advised boards, executives, and regulators across Australia and the UK. He has worked more broadly across Asia-Pacific, delivering strategic oversight and operational excellence.

With his  experiance, Complex Risk Solutions brings firsthand experience in all facets of AFSL licensee risk, including:
